Main wandering?????

My dear ones.

I have been away too long and many of you have been asking me whether the blog is dead. No, dearies, I just took a break (kitkat break toh banta hai na).But the break got too long. .

Today I would like to tell you a secret to concentration. I have already shared this in the class .Yes, right the two minute seconds needle watch. Watch the second’s needle tick for 2 minutes without your mind wandering. This way you learn to control your thoughts. I learnt this technique from a book titled ‘Megaliving’ by Robin Sharma. But as you know it is effective only if you are persistant.When we meet next week I will be asking you whether you have been following this. It should be made a habit and slowly you an increase the time too.

And what is the use of controlling thoughts? Well, thoughts control our destiny. What we are, our health and even our future are controlled by our thoughts. We will be discussing the power of thoughts in days ahead. Control over thoughts makes us very powerful and strong.
